I love the fall! The leaves, the colors and the beauty of the process of change.

In this edition, we are highlighting some of the national Health and Human Services fall observances. These issues are some of the most pressing in our community. We must always be vigilant to protect the safety of our community, especially our seniors and our children.

This season, I want to encourage you to check on one another. It costs nothing to call someone a few days a week.

I also want to encourage you to do as I have done and get COVID-19 boosted and get your flu shot. It is so important to take care of yourselves, especially during the colder months. W
